This unit will only weigh in around half that of its steel counterparts and will be virtually maintenance free as there’s very little if any maintenance needed, just leave it and it’s ready to go.All of the grating products listed are Type O – Orth phthalic Polyester resin finished.
Polymers like Isophthalic polyester or Vinyl ester can be used to manufacture our Grating.
Tested to BS 8961-2:2015 with slip potential rated ‘Extremely Low’.
Available in Green, Grey or Yellow. In 25mm or 38mm thickness.
Grates have been tested for fire resistance in accordance with the ASTM E-84 standard and have passed the tests with flying colors!
The resin type (and hence flame spread) will depend on which is your preferred material. If you’re looking for a highly decorative and flame resistant material, then use flame retardant resin.
